Caty began her journey with Sparkman Nutrition in 2022 as Office Manager, where her love for the practice quickly grew. Her passion for nutrition and case management was deeply influenced by caring for her diabetic father. As the child of someone with chronic health issues, she witnessed firsthand the negative effects that poor nutrition and limited education can have on both physical and mental health.
In June 2024, Caty acquired the practice from founder Alexa Sparkman. Since then, she has been dedicated to making Sparkman Nutrition the go-to resource for all nutritional needs. Over the past year, she has embraced her role as a “dietitian cheerleader,” focusing on creating affordable, accessible care for patients and meaningful partnerships with physicians.
Outside of work, Caty enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their baby girl, Fianna.
