Caty  Davis, Owner

Caty Davis is the Owner of Sparkman Nutrition, a leading outpatient nutrition practice serving Austin and Central Texas. She joined Sparkman Nutrition in 2022 as Office Manager and quickly developed a passion for expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based nutrition counseling. In June 2024, Caty acquired the practice from founder Alexa Sparkman and has since focused on growing a team of experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists dedicated to improving the health of children, adolescents, and adults.

Caty's passion for nutrition was inspired by caring for her father, who lived with diabetes and other chronic health conditions. Witnessing firsthand how nutrition education can transform both physical and mental health fueled her commitment to making nutrition counseling more accessible for individuals and families throughout Texas.

As practice owner, Caty is passionate about connecting patients with the right dietitian for their unique needs while building strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare systems, employers, and community organizations. Her goal is to ensure patients have access to compassionate, specialized nutrition care that helps them achieve lasting improvements in their health and quality of life.

Sparkman Nutrition proudly provides personalized nutrition counseling for a wide range of medical conditions, including diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, heart disease, kidney disease, oncology, weight management, pediatric nutrition, eating disorders, women's health, and sports nutrition. The practice offers both in-person appointments in the Austin area and telehealth services throughout Texas.

Healthcare providers and medical practices interested in learning more about Sparkman Nutrition's services are encouraged to contact the office. Caty enjoys meeting with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss referral partnerships, answer questions about nutrition counseling, and schedule complimentary lunch-and-learn presentations tailored to your practice and patients.

Outside of the office, Caty enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremy, and their daughters, Lennon and Fianna, exploring Central Texas and supporting the local community.
